The value of Eating Vegetables

Veggies contain fibre, loads of vitamins and minerals that may protect you from chronic diseases.
Do you know that dark, leafy greens contain vitamin K for strong bones.
Sweet potatoes and carrots contain vitamin A, which helps keep the eyes and skin healthy and also protect against infection.

In a research, I discovered that men eating 10 or more servings of tomato products per week saw a 35% decrease in their risk of prostate cancer. 

Therefore you need to start adding veggies to your meal.

Hi guys!

So sorry I have being away for a while, (jeez.. almost a month) had a lot of stuff going on jare. From concluded Rccg fasting, my final exams, my laptop having issues(fixing it) and so on.
Hasn't been easy, I have missed you all, good news is Chopinto is gonna be back soon and this time, it's gonna be better than you ever imagined.

I want you to stay glued here. I would be adding some new features to this blog but I would not touch the food aspect of it.
