The value of Eating Vegetables

Veggies contain fibre, loads of vitamins and minerals that may protect you from chronic diseases.
Do you know that dark, leafy greens contain vitamin K for strong bones.
Sweet potatoes and carrots contain vitamin A, which helps keep the eyes and skin healthy and also protect against infection.

In a research, I discovered that men eating 10 or more servings of tomato products per week saw a 35% decrease in their risk of prostate cancer. 

Therefore you need to start adding veggies to your meal.
